Abstract

|
Congenital renal arteriovenous fistula is a rare disease and manifested by gross hematuria, bladder tamponade and flank pain. We experienced one case of congenital renal arterioveonous fistula which was cirsoid type and treated with
superselective
transcatheter arterial embolization of four small segmental arteries. The microcoils made of paltinum and synthetic fiber were used as the embolization modality.
